Temple Run 2 Arcade is a follow-up to Temple Run Arcade by Coastal Amusements. Both games are based upon the world famous smartphone games of the same name, earning instant recognition thanks to the 1 billion +downloads that the games have enjoyed since their initial release. While primarily designed for ticket redemption, this high earning and visually impressive game can also be used as a standard, non-ticket redemption video arcade machine as well.

The basic idea of Temple Run 2 Arcade is the same as before – your intrepid adventurer is running for his or her life through the jungle, collecting coins and treasure while staying ahead of some nasty beasts who want to keep the precious idol you stole from leaving the temple. Throughout the game, players are faced with a series of obstacles like tree roots, fire-breathing gargoyles, and breaks in the temple surface.

While the app version used “swipe” movements to control your adventurer, the trackball in Temple Run 2 Arcade provides for more precise and fun control. Jump over gaps or slide under tree roots with ease. Collect enough coins on your run to use your Special Power
