All products that ship from PrimeTime Amusements are covered by their original manufacturer warranties. These warranties will vary from company to company in coverage, length and policies.

If you believe that your machine is in need of service and is still covered under warranty, you can contact our service department for assistance.

Please note that we are unable to assist with warranties or service on products not purchased directly from PrimeTime Amusements. If you do have any equipment in need of service that was purchased from a different distributor/reseller, please contact that source for assistance.

Certified Pre-Owned Games

In the event you have purchased one of our Certified Pre-owned refurbished games, the original manufacturer will no longer cover the machine under warranty or they may be defunct as a business.

For all machines that we sell used/refurbished, they pass through our extensive Certified Pre-Owned Games program. This restores the game to like-new and functioning condition. We guarantee that our pre-owned games will work on arrival; if for any reason they do not (such as damage from shipping), we will get the problem corrected as quickly as possible.

Manufacturer Warranties

As of June 2017, here are the current warranties that are offered by manufacturers that we represent. This is a generalized list and many not apply to all products from said manufacturer. They can also change their policies at any time, without notice. That said, we strive to keep this list as up-to-date as possible!

Manufacturers may also require that you cover all shipping charges on parts to be repaired. Some manufacturers will also charge for labor. Extended warranties are rare but if available from the manufacturer it is noted below.
