While darts have been a classic staple of bars everywhere since the late 1800s, its time for them to step up into the 21st century with the SMARTS Interactive Darts system by 501 Entertainment and Sega Amusements.

Interactive Darts offers another alternative to traditional darts, while operating in a different way from the high-tech SMARTS Augmented Reality Darts platform. Instead of using projection mapping, this system employs a Smartboard. Aside from LED lighting, the board uses a precision sensor system that detects and scores dart hits. It shows the scoring results, along with animated computer graphics, on a TV display that the venue can place above or where ever is convenient to the customers.

Customers use a touchscreen interface to select one of many games, including 501 & Cricket, while also offering Disco Wall, Killer, Robin Hood, Halve It, Shanghai, and more! The system can take a selfie of the player to tie it to their in-game score, then the fun begins!
