Wreak havoc on the streets in Angry Birds: Fury Road by DOF Robotics.

Angry Birds Fury Road is a video racing game set in the Angry Birds universe. There are two cabinet designs available, one with the iconic Red as a topper, or there is the yellow Chuck. Art from the game series covers the sides and bezel, then the game seat is shaped with angry eyebrows. Each cabinet comes with an Active Motion platform, offering 3DOF, designed by motion experts DOF Robotics. This marks their first venture into arcade gaming!

The game itself is a little bit like Mario Kart, but has it’s own features and personality. Fans will think of Angry Birds Go! from 2013, the only racer to grace the series before this. Operators don’t have to worry though – this is a new game built from the ground up and is graphically on par with other modern 3D games. The cartoony style will please kids and adult alike across the 55″ 4K screen. Eight different Angry Birds characters can be chosen at the beginning of your game, each with their own stats which can partially affect the outcome of the race. There are no gas pedals here, so it will just auto drive, which is perfect for kids.

When a race starts, hold down the A button to charge your slingshot. When the race starts, you’ll fly onto the track, depending upon how well you charged. Then use the steering wheel to navigate, seeking out objects to destroy and power-ups to grab. The game tracks your score based on how much ‘damage’ you inflict to objects on the track, which also includes Green Pig tower structures. Destroy as much as you can to dominate the Damage Leaderboard – which is not only published on the local machine, you can share your score globally using the QR code system too!
