Treasure Chest is an electromechanical, skill-based ticket redemption game that adds a new dimension of fun to ball drop-style play.

A single-button use game, players have to time their press to get a ball through one of the moving hoops. If they do, this can unlock a bonus of additional tickets. If you miss, it can give a small amount of mercy tickets or nothing, depending on the settings. Either way, when the pinball drops, it goes straight into the “treasure chest” bin below.

Once the bin is full, it will drop out onto the playfield below, where players can win two different bonuses – the Mega Bonus and the Ruby Bonus. The Ruby Bonus is won by hitting all of the red lit targets. This bonus’ value is shown on a red numerical LED display at each player station, where it is separate depending on the player. The Mega Bonus is posted on a larger display and worth more per the defaults. This is unlocked by either by unlocking steps towards that bonus through central holes, or by filling up the entire playfield on a drop.
