At first glance, the Knock ‘Em Blocks appears to be a colorful building block themed whacker. While it does feature that kind of timeless gameplay – where players try to hit one of the five blocks that pop-up using a soft hammer – there’s more than meets the eye with this game.

First, this is a competitive, head-to-head whacker. Players can see their opponent directly across from them, and you can see their score displayed on the red numerical LED display which is located on both sides.

Then there are two prize tiers available – the minor prize, and the major prize. Locations can also add a third by allowing players to turn in a certain number of major prizes in exchange for a MEGA prize at the desk. That’s right, Knock ‘Em Blocks is also an instant prize merchandizer! Both minor and major prizes are contained within the transparent dual-sided barrier & chamber that separates both players. Players are not only playing to win, they’re playing to beat their opponent to walk away with the prize.
