Pump up the balloons to win tickets in Balloon Fest by Sunflower & Amusement Source International.

Balloon Fest is fun, kid-friendly game where the goal is to pump as many balloons to their fullest extent as possible before the timer runs out. This is accomplished by using one of the four pump handles. Balloons will randomly be set upon one of the four pumps on the screen, and the player must pump the handle to fill them up. Each balloon will be a different size, and as one pumps, a dashed line will appear. If the balloon is pumped beyond this line, it will pop and the pump will be unavailable for a moment. Players will also not want to underfill a balloon either. The best way to win tickets is to fill the balloons close to the dashed outline, as quickly as possible.

There are two player stations, where the computer will compete against a player if there is not a second person to compete against.
