Designed like a crane machine, players move the claw around to where they feel is the best spot to grab a pre-scored ticket ring. Push the button to drop, then if the claw grabs a ring, it will transport it to the RFID scanner in the back. The scanner will read the amount of tickets that the ring is worth, then automatically reward them based on how the machine is set up (physical tickets with a dispenser or eTickets to a card). Thanks to the perceived notion of it being an “easy win,” ticket cranes continue to be the top performers in the industry.
