The next phase of the ticket crane phase is here with Ticket Time RX (Reload Extreme) by Smart Industries!

The Ticket Time RX takes what players loved about the original Ticket Time cranes and have upgraded the concept to work for the modern FEC. It was designed to take special advantage of today’s FEC, which tend to operate on a card or other electronic payment system, as opposed to older coin and physical tickets. It achieves this by keeping all of the ticket rolls contained within the unit – there is no vend-out or prize box. When a roll is picked up by the claw (and assuming it doesn’t fall), it is deposited into the special scanner & Auto Reload bowl. The sensors detect the amount of tickets, which are then displayed on the LCD screen in the back, as well as on the LED panel beneath the bowl. Tickets are automatically deposited on the user’s card/wristband or other e-ticket tracking system.

This cuts down on the mess of handling tickets or prizes that crane machines normally vend, meaning less of a hassle for operators and redemption desk workers.
