Three of the world’s most popular sports come together in Sports Legends by Coastal Amusements.

Sports Legends is a pure electro-mechanical ticket redemption game that draws players in through one of three sports: Baseball, Basketball, and Soccer. How each operates is slightly different, in accordance to their sports styles, but the goal of any of them is the same – to play that particular sport to win tickets. The game is made up of three player stations, one for each sport. Inside of each station is a 3D sculpted figure, who is set up to play that sport with single button operation. For a more detailed overview:

BASEBALL – A platform will rise with a ball on it and the customer presses a button to make the baseball player inside take a swing with the bat. There are six targets to aim for, if the ball goes into one of them, it will provide the listed ticket reward. Your goal to get the bonus here is to hit a homerun.

BASKETBALL – A ball will be loaded into the basketball figurine’s hands, with a horizontally sliding hoop moving back-and-forth. Time your shot just right to land it through the hoop and accumulate points to win tickets.

SOCCER – This uses the classic penalty kick as the foundation of play, where there is the figurine with a loaded ball, and a goalie moving side-to-side in front of a goal. The user presses the button to kick the ball, and timed right, get it past the goalie to score a goal for tickets.
