It’s the world’s most immersive board game, now as a unique video redemption arcade piece by Sega Amusements – It’s Jumanji!

Licensed from Sony Pictures and based upon the rebooted 2017 (& 2019) Jumanji films of the same name, players become one of the four characters (Spencer, Martha, Fridge & Bethany) on a quest to survive and complete the game to be able to return to the real world. Players of the arcade version don’t have to fret though – you won’t be transported into a dangerous game!

Providing more depth that most ticket redemption games, Jumanji challenges players with 12 different minigames, each based upon an exciting scene from the movie. Complete these to earn tickets and also to grab the gem that will complete the game, unlocking the coveted Super Bonus of tickets. To track your progress, an illuminated game board is located on the cabinet’s control panel.

One innovation found on the cabinet is the unique spinner & button controller. A giant button sits at the center to allow for actions like jumping, but the spinner portion lets players move their character within the game scene as needed by the minigame. There are also four controllers, allowing up to four people to enjoy the game simultaneously!
