As the end of the year closes out, the gaming industry rejoices as it signifies the arrival of IAAPA. The entire entertainment community comes together for 4 days for one of the world’s premiere trade shows, and PrimeTime Amusements, is no stranger to the spectacle that is IAAPA. Thousands of companies, from manufacturers to coin-operators, all around the globe flock to Orlando to partake in IAAPA. PrimeTime has attended the last 10 shows without fail and from it, many relationships, partnerships, and friendships have been forged. Being a global distributor and operator, having a booth at IAAPA is a no brainer, and the company hopes to continue expanding its scope in the industry. Over the years, IAAPA has allowed PrimeTime to venture into markets that were previously not thought of; clients in countries such as Saudi Arabia, Nigeria, Russia, Australia, Peru and England, to name a few, are now part of PrimeTime Amusements’ portfolio, attesting that PrimeTime is indisputably, a global operator and distributor.
At this year’s show, PrimeTime will occupy Booth #1908, in collaboration with BIZ karts Inc, a leading go-kart manufacturer from England that is opening one of its satellite offices in the U.S. As part of a new 5-year deal that James Heap, President of BIZ karts Inc, has inked with PrimeTime Amusements, his office will be situated in the same complex as PrimeTime Amusements, and will see Bizkarts USA become the go-kart supplier for all of PrimeTime’s turnkey clients. Besides collaborating with Biz, PrimeTime Amusements will concentrating all efforts on refurbished equipment for sale, as done in previous years, while also offering fully-integrated turnkey solutions for those looking to open their own F.E.C.’s.
In “celebrating” PrimeTime Amusements’ 10 year anniversary of attending IAAPA, PrimeTime founder and CEO, David T. Goldfarb, reflects on the shows within the last decade: “IAAPA is always a great experience. It gets us ready for our next year, while allowing us to make new alliances with some of the industry’s most prominent leaders. It’s always fun, too, and we’ve had some crazy stories along the way”.
This year’s show, will be slightly different though, as Xtreme Action Park (of which Goldfarb is a partner of), will for the first time, serve as PrimeTime’s own on-site showroom with more than 180 machines. Goldfarb’s parting words to newcomers of the show are: “the show is so large that you really need a full two days to be able to enjoy everything that it has to offer, and it can seem overwhelming at first, but at the end of the day you walk away from it with not only a sense of accomplishment, but a sense of enjoyment, too”.
“It’s never a dull moment at Xtreme”, are words that are frequently uttered at the 230,000 square foot venue. Rightly so, as Claudia Leitte, one of Brazil’s most accomplished singers, will be performing live at Xtreme Action Park on November 10th inside The Arena as part of her Claudia 10 Tour. Leitte has been the recipient of one Latin Grammy Award, has received three World Music Award nominations, recorded the official song for the 2014 World Cup (We Are One) alongside Jennifer Lopez and Pitbull, sold over 2 million records, and amassed a total following of 37 million people across her social media platforms. With such an impressive track record, it is no doubt that Xtreme Action Park’s 3rd concert is bound to be a hit!
