At it’s heart, Monster Prize is a cutter merchandizer, where players insert their credits, then use the single button on the right-side of the door to control the cutting mechanism inside of the game. While you hold the button down, the cutter moves forward. The instant you let go, the cutter stops and the scissors come together. If stopped on the cord, they will attempt a cut at the cord; if the cord snaps or is cut through completely, the prize falls to the floor and the door unlocks, allowing the user to collect their giant prize!
