Elev8 Fun: Tampa, Elev8 Fun’s second location is poised for its soft opening in early May as the company has ramped up construction efforts and begun training of staff for the location. The installation and construction crews have made many strides since the beginning of the new year, including delivery of go-karts, arcade equipment, and more. The ropes course, will be just outside of Elev8’s interior mall entrance serving as a pseudo “land-mark” within the mall common area. Excited about the synergy with the abutting Citrus Park Town Center Mall, Rick Dee, VP of Development, had this to say: “We are very happy with ourfirst Sanford location, but our second time around we’ve become a lot more efficient and effective in our development of this location. This mall is also such a uniquely built and operated mall that all parties involved will be happy with the results, and most importantly, our customers. We can’t wait.”
Heading over to the west coast, Elev8 Fun will be displaying for the first time in Las Vegas from May 21st to May 23rd. ICSC, formerly known as The International Council for Shopping Centers, but now rebranded as “Innovating Commerce Serving Communities”, is the leading global trade organization for all retail real estate as well as shopping centers and shopping malls. In past shows, Elev8’s real estate team has solely attended these shows as attendees, but now, the company is graduating into displaying at the show, with future hopes of sponsoring the show as well. Advisory board member, Andrew Cohen, looks forward to displaying at the show: “Exhibiting at ICSC elevates your company’s standing to a whole new level. We have gotten a lot of out of attending past shows, but now with exhibiting and displaying Elev8 in full, especially in Las Vegas, well, let’s just say we are bullish for the opportunities that are to come.” Elev8 Fun: Tampa, will commence soft openings in early-to-mid May, coinciding with the real estate team’s exhibition at ICSC Las Vegas in late May.
In International News, PrimeTime Amusements attended the “DEAL: Dubai 2023” show last week with great success and results. “DEAL: Dubai” serves as the largest trade event for the entertainment, amusement and leisure industries for the M.E.N.A. region (Middle East & North Africa), and has been a source for networking, deal-making, and relationship-building for the PrimeTime Amusements international sales team for years. Director of Logistics, Valerie Melo, had this to say after returning to the U.S: “Attending DEAL: Dubai is not only beneficial for PrimeTime to continue to foster our relationships in the middle east and beyond, but also to discover and explore the latest trends in technology and entertainment that are ever-present in Dubai. It really is a melting pot of knowledge, and we intend to get the most out of it when possible.” Attending tradeshows, expositions, forums, and shows has been a cornerstone for PrimeTime’s success on the international stage, and with more international shows lined up for this year, it will be a busy year for PrimeTime, both domestically and globally.
